  1. Please advise us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment if you wish to make change to your appointment. Cancellation fee may be applied if you cancel/reschedule the appointment too late.
  2. We do not ask your payment details via phone/SMS/email before your appointment.
  3. Appointment on the same day will preferably be made via phone to ensure the appointment is actually available (as online booking may take some time to update and reflect in our system).
  4. If for some unforeseen reason the appointment need to be cancelled/rescheduled we will contact you and advise you as soon as possible.
